Ten years of Ultra-Endurance racing has brought me here, and a broken leg this year has allowed me time to develop Holistic Endurance.
WHAT IS HOLISTIC ENDURANCE? Ultra-distance cycling goes way beyond having physical fitness to get to the finish. There are so many aspects, elements and variables to look at, and that’s why I’ve called this HOLISTIC ENDURANCE. I will cover the physical ( please note that I will not give you a training plan, I will share what I do and what works for me ). I will cover Mental attitude, Nutrition, Gear and more.
HOLISTIC: Emphasizing the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts.
ENDURANCE: The ability to exert oneself and remain active for a long period of time, as well as the ability to resist, withstand, and recover from fatigue and stress—the state of persevering.
My goal is to inspire and empower you to be your best version and to challenge you to go beyond what you thought was possible.
